產前/產中/產後孕婦瑜珈課程 

課程是讓準媽媽練習安全的體位法,加強盆底肌肌肉的練習,幫助自然生產及產後修護緊實盆底肌。

懷孕三個月後能開始上,上到生產前,自己覺得需要休息為止。

生產完自然產兩星期後,剖腹產三個月後才可上課。
此課程兩人即可開課!
