Yoga Basic Yoga foundation
Yoga specifically for beginner and to help relieve stress. Specially to relieve back pain, neck and shoulder. Each teacher will carefully explain and teach you the correct breathing techniques. To avoid too fast or too difficult actions, and prevent unnecessary injuries and stress. The course will be conduced in a relaxed environment.
Yoga Yoga 1
Is a combination of movement and breathing using choreographed programs simultaneously, focus on smooth action sequences. Automatically generating body heat to sweat and detox, activate body cells, relieve physical and mental stress. Recommend Yoga classes exercise for three or more practitioners to participate.
Yoga Yoga 1 & 2
In yoga classes 1 & 2, the most important action design, is to stretch the muscles, strengthen the abdominal core strength, strengthen internal organs and body detoxification, improve body cell metabolism. Yoga 1 & 2 course includes basic introduction arm balance exercises. It is recommended that practitioners have been practicing Yoga before.
Yoga Yoga 2
Suitable for challenging motor skills of students, the curriculum design will be develop muscular endurance, standing and arm balance. The teacher will carefully explain and demonstrate all of these actions. Breathing and movements are smoothly performed, allowing the body to produce heat but also the focus is from the inside out.
The class will explore all main inversions: headstand, forearm stand and handstand and provide foundational in-depth instruction and guidance to many ways to get into these poses and all the variations.the class start with a playful flow to get things warmed up and bring attention to the core followed by inversion immersion; learning how to safely get in and out of these inversions and how to incorporate them into your practice with ease of breath and movement.
Power & Core 瘦身瑜珈
Power & Core Class is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Suitable people who are already quite fit, enjoy exercising and Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat. Combines principles of fitness and traditional yoga asanas. A typical class will have yoga asanas, as well as exercises such as sit ups, squats, push ups and other exercises.The poses are woven together with continuous movement in a flowing sequence of poses, but with the addition of non yoga exercises.
Meditation Flow 冥想流動瑜珈
Meditation is one of the Five Principles of Yoga. It is the practice by which there is constant observation of the mind. It requires you to focus your mind at one point and make your mind still in order to perceive the ‘self’. Through the practice of Meditation, you will achieve a greater sense of purpose and strength of will. It also helps you achieve a clearer mind, improve your concentration, and discover the wisdom and tranquility within you. Know the basics of Meditation and learn the different Meditation Exercises and Techniques in the following sections . The Class is 20 mins Medtation while with 40 mins Yoga movements.help for relaxation and stress relief.
