Yoga Basic Yoga foundation 基礎瑜珈

Yoga specifically for beginner and to help relieve stress. Specially to relieve back pain, neck and shoulder. Each teacher will carefully explain and teach you the correct breathing techniques. To avoid too fast or too difficult actions, and prevent  unnecessary injuries and stress.  The course will be conduced in a relaxed environment.

Flow Yoga 流動瑜珈

Is a combination of movement and breathing using choreographed programs simultaneously, focus on smooth action sequences. Automatically generating body heat to sweat and detox, activate body cells, relieve physical and mental stress.  Recommend Yoga classes exercise for three or more practitioners to participate.

Power & Core 瘦身瑜珈

Power & Core Class is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga.  Suitable people who are already quite fit, enjoy exercising and Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat. Combines principles of fitness and traditional yoga asanas. A typical class will have yoga asanas, as well as exercises such as sit ups, squats, push ups and other exercises.The poses are woven together with continuous movement in a flowing sequence of poses, but with the addition of non yoga exercises.

Yin Yang 陰陽瑜珈

Yin/Yang Yoga is a class that balances the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practices for the second half of the class.

Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. While Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

Yin Yoga 陰瑜珈

Yin yoga focus on your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and meditative, giveing you space to turn inward and tune in both your mind and physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than usual, it could be 20 breaths period time to 2 minutes. Yin yoga helps you strech those rare-used tissues while also guide you how to breathe through discomfort and aware those thought sitting in your mind.

Pranayama & Meditation 呼吸法與冥想

Pranayama and meditation can help our thoughts and nervous system return to a calm and relaxed state. At the same time, it can reduce our inner cravings and desires. If you practice regularly for a long time can enhance lung function, improve breathing ability and oxygen content, and purify the nervous system.

Kundalini Yoga 昆達里尼瑜珈

Kundalini Yoga is a technology of awareness which it applies the postures, pranayama, mantras and mudras to adjust and balance our nerve system and glands to keep ourselves healthy in physical and mental as well. At the same time, if you practice it consistently, it will expand your awareness and allow you to explore your depth and potentiality.

Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Prenatal yoga can:

Reduce stress and anxiety
Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath
